Outbound & Return Record
Outbound and return records document the date and time of machine in-and-out activities. They're needed for the system to calculate cost (see cost calculation).
For more details on how to create one, see the guide How to create an outbound/return record.
Note
Outbound and return records differ from other records in the system. They cannot be modified or removed directly. They can only be removed when the related machine log is removed.
Who is responsible for creating it?
Normally, operation staff is responsible for this. Management staff can also create these records.
What information does it contain?
These records are tied to one machine log. Without a machine log or a machine that hasn't been built yet, there should be no related in-and-out record.
Each record documents the following info:
| Information | Description |
|---|---|
| Created At | Date and time of the record creation |
| Created By | Information of the employee who created the record |
Where to find it in the system
All users can find outbound and return records under /management/logs or /operation/logs. Click the serial number in the table to view them in the modal.
